Entry Fees for july 2020
Additional bits;
We do have a $20 "one-off" charge which covers competitor registration and competitors event pass.
Programs are available online prior to the festival for a cost of $10. Programs will be available for sale at the venue of the festival for $12.
Upon checkout there is also a $4.00 booking fee. This charge is what we are charged by the Comps-Online site. This is the same cost as we are charged and we will never be putting any mark up on this charge. Please bear in mind, this is an amount that is charged every time you complete the registration process so please make sure you enter all your sections at the same time to reduce these $4.00 booking fee charges.
We are also liable for One Music charges which will incur an additional charge of $1.71 per music track.

Basic Instructions to Register;

If you haven't already, you will need to register with Comps Online. This allows entry of details such as Name, Age, Contact Info, Dance School.
Upon entering the site for the WA Dance Festival Registration you will see the Age Categories in the blue boxes. This will then bring up a drop down box for you to select your desired routine.
Once all of your selections have been made just follow the on screen prompts to check out and register.

Notes about Registration;
The system is designed to check for duplicate names but it will only check for First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth (and Capital Letters for names are important in this process)
For Troupe entries this must be done by the Dance School as we do require names to be entered for programme/numbers/passes purposes. Troupe entries will need to be entered in one go, there is not the option to log back in to enter more names for a troupe. Any questions regarding this please speak to Sherry.
For Duo/Trio/Quartet these can be done by competitors but please make sure the names are spelt the same as previous entries.
